These shorts are a great addition to my running clothes! I wear them underneath long running pants or even by themselves when I ice my legs in a cold tub. These particular compression shorts aren’t extremely tight or restricting on my legs. They are the perfect material to keep my legs warm and they have enough pressure to keep my legs from inflammation. I also wear them after my workouts as a recovery method. The great thing about Phiten Compression Shorts is that they can be worn underneath anything and you can wear them anywhere!
