Being a busy professional myself, I understand it can be difficult to commit to a fitness program. As a ex professional trainer now working in a day job, I can truly empathize the need for motivation to keep yourself fit and healthy at the end of a long working day.
With that, I hope my knowledge can help you achieve your fitness goals through properly designed program tailored to your needs/wants.
Field of specialty include but not limited to the following:
1) Rehabilitation: Prevention/post injury or surgery - depending on condition.
2) Special population - High blood pressure, type 1 and 2 diabetic etc (However, not all cases can be cleared for my training and best if I could work with your physician for clearance)
2) General health and fitness: Fat loss/lean muscle gain
3) Sports specific: Depending on which discipline
Training location would preferably be in a gym near your place and a combination of outdoor and functional training that mimic day to day movements to help prevent injuries.
My credentials:
- Professional trainer in fitness industry since 1998. Professional Senior trainer from 2003-2005. Group fitness trainer from 2003 - present.
- American college of sports medicine certified 'Health Fitness Instructor'
www.acsm.org- CPR/AED certified
- Les Mills Bodybalance and Bodypump advanced instructor (group fitness)
Above certificates are available for your vetting and relevant certification bodies' contact can be made available upon request.
Training times are weekday evenings and weekend morning/afternoons.
As a guideline, rates start from SGD100 for 75minute sessions.
I'm offering you a trial session at the above rate for a single session so you can try before you commit.
However, with packages the rates per session can be averaged out to be more cost affordable for the committed.
