Kinda off topic... But does anyone in the forum play texas poker in person?

Started playing when I was in Australia years ago.. Am not surprised by the popularity on facebook/iphone.. But seems like nobody plays in person in singapore..

Its no difference from mahjong.. Small gamble big leisure.. But just curious why poker night doesnt pick off in our country.. Me and my friends try to do it once or twice a week over at one of our homes over drinks and after dinner..

Hopefully the trend will catch on.  Smiley

well u wouldn't be suprise that some bros in STD play this to "earn" for their TDs trip =X

They play the online gambling ones or live in person?

I heard of texas poker gambling dens in sg but the rules are different from international. (vs banker)

Me and my friends play cash. Minimum buy in $50, so quite friendly.  Grin

quite some ah seah play poker in houses in singapore. there is even a poker forum called pokerkaki.com.

STD bros not ah seah la, we only know 5 TEN!!!
