so sad just found out my husband has a mistress outside and shes just 18 . im new to this club scene and hope i can have some ffun myself. im in my early thirties and hope to make friends and khakis here. anyone care to chat here or on msn ?  anyone can recommend one with nice band music ?

By indulging yourself in HCs will not be the best solution for you now as it will aggravate further. You can have a moment of fun but the problem will not go away. Worst still if you kenna GT! Trust me! 

You would need to resolve this in a calm manner otherwise you will be at a disadvantage. I'm just giving you my 3 cents worth.

I agree with Hotstuff advice : DONT GO TO HC now . You will be a target of the boys and the clubs They will take advantage of your emotional state now and "suck you : you will end up more frustrated and sad then now.

Also there is definetly no nice band music in all these HC

we are seperated now. i just dont want to stay home alone. i dont think i will ask any colleagues or friends to accompany me. but im afraid to go alone too.
i know my limits and i can handle it .

i have never really chatted with china boys. are most clubs filled with china ones? are they fit? muscular kind?

eternity, you can get your friends to discos, karaoke or anyway else to chill apart from HCs! What you really need now is support and love from friends! The Hosts may give you TLC that you lack but it's not from the heart which you'll eventually ends up more hurt.

There is definitely no nice band music and to be frank I can perform even better than most HCs!

Never go to HCs alone! You'll be sucked dry! 

There are HCs with PRCs only or some with blend of Thais and locals. Depending some can be very fit.

Sorry to hear these.

As per what Hotstuff and whatsnew have said: DONT GO TO HC now, alone, etc. You can enjoy your other hobbies, if you have. If not, you can pick up some new things. Singing, dancing, travelling, etc. Just try.

Music is very personal so can't really give u advices here. Some like to go Zouk, St James, Clarke Quay and some like to go to small chinese Karaoke pubs, etc.

Some of the people here are quite ok. Hang around and you may find some people to chat with.

I am sorry to hear, there's absolutely no excuses for what he has put you through, having taken vows of faith and loyalty at the altar, for better or worse, in good and in health.

As such, like what our fellow sisters and brother have mentioned, don't go to HC, because at your most vulnerable state, the solace you seek isn't there, no matter how much you spend, no matter how many of the hosts accompany you. The relief is only temporary, mostly because of the alcohol. Seek people who genuinely want to listen, be it your friends, family, colleagues or even a stranger, because these people can offer you the empathy without motive, agenda, nor obligation.

Don't be afraid to cry, find a shoulder to cry on, because there isn't a need to put on a brave front for anyone.

Adrenaline helps you feel better, so go do something crazy, like go on a holiday to the Everest base camp, or try tandem skydiving, or whatever things you were always afraid to do or didn't have time cuz you are married.

Do charity work, it helps you to see things in a different perspective, in a better perspective, because things aren't as bad as they could have been, because you are still alive, and young, and healthy.

I can't offer any help, but I can be a listening ear.
